HOW CHIPS ARE TRACKED:

SoS now uses an on-site chip system. Some chips are awarded automatically when the site detects that you have completed certain rewards, such as character creation, thread completion, board visits, post milestones, Random Encounter participation, and qualifying quest/event thread activity. Other chips still need to be submitted manually for staff review. Manual submissions are used for rewards that the site cannot automatically verify, purchases that need staff handling, special rewards, corrections, or anything marked as “submit.”

To submit a manual chip claim, go to:

Include the reward you are claiming, the character or account involved, the chip amount if needed, a proof link, and any notes staff need to understand the claim. Once submitted, your claim will wait in the staff queue. Chips are not added until staff approves the claim.

Approved claims award chips. Denied claims do not award chips. If something was already paid automatically, please do not submit it again unless staff asks you to.
